Our cancellation policy requires clients to notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Failure to do so may result in a $100 inconvenience fee.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure that subsequent clients are not inconvenienced.
No-shows will be charged a $100 inconvenience fee automatically to the card held on file. We encourage clients to inform us in advance if they are unable to make their appointment.
